Warranty

Legacy Industrial Solutions offers a 1-year warranty for workmanship and material defects from the date of shipment for all repaired and remanufactured items. This warranty is based on the proper installation of our supplied components as well as a proper operating environment based on the manufacturer’s recommended specifications. A new product is warrantied based on the original manufacturer’s guidelines.

The warranty will be considered null and void for any unit disassembled or modified by the customer unless Legacy Industrial Solutions has agreed in advance in writing that disassembly or modifications are acceptable.

Legacy Industrial Solutions will not accept responsibility for or make compensation for any monetary loss or damages claimed by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, freight expenses, downtime, labor, troubleshooting, or profit loss.

Any item sent in for warranty inspection or evaluation must be sent via prepaid freight or delivery. If an item is determined to have failed prematurely, we will ship the repaired or replacement item back to you at our expense. Original freight to us will not be reimbursed.
